Terms of Service
Last updated: 7 September 2026
These Terms govern your use of Dawn (“the Service”), a Windows application that assists healing rotations for World of Warcraft Retail (Midnight) using pixel detection. By starting a trial or paid subscription you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
Dawn is operated by [Legal entity name to be inserted] (“we”, “us”). Contact: hello@dawnheals.gg. Company registration and VAT details will be published here when available. We are not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment.
2. The Service
Dawn uses pixel detection only. It observes on-screen information and does not read game memory or modify game files. Holy Priest is available now; other healers may be added later. Features may change as the game and UI change.
3. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 (or the age of digital consent in your country) and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping licence keys and account credentials secure and for activity under your subscription.
4. Subscriptions, trial, and billing
- New subscribers receive a 3-day free trial, then £10 per class per month, or £25 per month for all three healers, unless cancelled.
- Payment methods may include card and Bitcoin (details at checkout when payments go live).
- Prices are in GBP unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
- You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period already covered.
5. UK consumer rights (digital content)
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and related law for digital content and digital services, including rights where content is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described. See also our Refund Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Use Dawn only on machines you control, in line with applicable law and any third-party terms that bind you. Do not reverse engineer the Service except where permitted by law, share licence keys beyond your household, or attempt to disrupt our systems.
7. Intellectual property
Dawn software, branding, and site content belong to us or our licensors. Game names and related marks belong to their respective owners. We claim no affiliation with Blizzard Entertainment.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation after every game or OS update. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties that are not required by statute. For UK consumers, statutory rights remain.
9. Liability
Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our aggregate liability arising from the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.
10. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms and will post the new date above. Material changes will be communicated where practical. We may suspend or end access for serious breach. You may stop using Dawn and cancel as described in Pricing and Refunds.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. UK consumers may also benefit from mandatory protections in their country of residence. Courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
